There is no single tree-zodiac table
Later popular systems add trees, isolate solstices and equinoxes, or move boundaries. A calculator must choose and name one.
The version used here
Bodhastra follows the Graves-derived thirteen-by-twenty-eight-day sequence from Birch on 24 December through Elder on 22 December.
23 December is the remaining intercalary day and receives no tree. The fixed ranges repeat on Gregorian month-days. February 29 stays inside Ash in a leap year, which makes that civil range 29 days and proves the public mapping is not literally a computed lunar month.
What is deliberately not merged
Twenty-one-tree “Celtic zodiac” tables and schemes that assign special trees to equinoxes or solstices belong to later lineages. Combining their dates and traits with Graves's thirteen months would manufacture a consensus none of the versions has.
