Acceptance

By using GlitchBong, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You must be legally able to enter this agreement in your location; if you are a minor, use the site only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

What the site provides

GlitchBong provides developer utilities, technical references, articles, browser games, portfolio material and related features. Features may change, move, become unavailable or be discontinued. Unless a page says otherwise, the services are provided without charge.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break applicable law or infringe another person’s rights;
• attack, overload, probe or bypass the site’s security or access controls;
• use a tool to access, inspect, alter or export data without authorization;
• upload or submit malware, unlawful material or content that violates these terms;
• automate requests in a way that disrupts the service or creates unreasonable load;
• misrepresent affiliation with GlitchBong or its author; or
• use the site to generate invalid advertising impressions or clicks.

Git Rescue, Storage Inspector, Query Studio and the other developer tools are intended for legitimate development, recovery, learning and authorized testing. You are responsible for having permission to work with the systems and data to which you apply them.

Accounts

Some optional features use Google sign-in. You are responsible for activity through your account and for maintaining the security of the connected Google account. Access may be restricted or removed when reasonably necessary to protect the service, enforce these terms or moderate abuse. You may request deletion through Settings or the contact page.

Comments and other submissions

You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting a public comment, you grant GlitchBong a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce and display it as part of the site and to make technical copies needed to operate the service.

Do not submit unlawful, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive, infringing, private or spam content. Comments may be removed and accounts may be blocked at the operator’s discretion. The site is not required to preserve or publish a submission.

Intellectual property and third-party material

Original site code, design and editorial writing belong to their respective authors and are subject to the licences stated in their repositories or pages. Third-party names, trademarks, photographs, artwork, media, libraries and data remain the property of their respective owners and are used under the stated licence, provider terms or applicable law.

Grande Verse is an unofficial fan project and is not affiliated with, authorized by or endorsed by Ariana Grande, BabyDoll Music, Republic Records or UMG. Its credits and licences page describes its media sources and licence boundaries. No song lyrics are licensed or reproduced there.

If you believe material on the site infringes your rights, send sufficient detail through the contact page so it can be reviewed promptly.

External services and advertising

The site links to and may display services or media supplied by third parties. GlitchBong does not control their availability, content, security or terms. Advertising may be served by Google or other disclosed providers. Ads do not constitute an endorsement, and you must not click or interact with advertising except from genuine interest.

No professional advice

Technical articles and tools are general information, not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. Commands, conversions, recovery procedures and generated output can have destructive consequences. Read the explanation, keep backups and verify the result in a safe environment before applying it to important systems or data.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and its features are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. No guarantee is made that a tool will recover data, produce error-free output or remain compatible with every platform version.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bodhisatta Bhattacharjee and GlitchBong will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of data, profits, business or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated when the site, law or third-party services change. Material revisions will be published here with a new last-updated date. These terms are governed by the laws of India, without overriding any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
