the voice work

underdogs

an argentine animated feature about table football, for which she voiced the lead female character in the english-language dub. it was scheduled for a us release in 2015, pulled from the schedule a week beforehand by its distributor, and eventually went out direct to video. it is the least-seen thing she has ever been in and the closest her filmography comes to a genuine curiosity.

the early ones

• winx club. she voiced princess diaspro in the english version — a job taken during the victorious years, when voice work was the sort of thing a young nickelodeon actor did between seasons.
• family guy. a guest appearance, in the way that a great many musicians have made guest appearances on that show.
• snowflake, the white gorilla. another dubbed animated feature from the early period. the screen section carries the full list with where to find each one.

oh, the places you'll go

the significant one. warner bros. animation's adaptation of the dr. seuss book, directed by jon m. chu — who made both wicked films — with grande and josh gad leading the voice cast. it was announced in july 2025 and is dated for 17 march 2028.

two things about it are worth noting. it is a musical, which is why chu is directing it and why she is in it. and it is the only project with a confirmed date anywhere in her future — she withdrew from a west end run and a television season during 2026, and focker in-law in november 2026 was already shot.

an animated film is also, uniquely, compatible with stepping back from public-facing work. a booth is not a carpet, and the recording can happen over years without anybody photographing it. whether that is why it survived the summer is not something anybody has said.
